Article Two
A trainer or consultant in the field of self-development, individually or collectively, is considered an individual who works in the field of training and consultancy on the subject of self-development and NLP, to help people improve their management and develop their own abilities in the social and commercial fields, and achieve their desired goals.
Defining the terminology of the profession
Life Coach
Coaching is divided into two types:
The first type: Individual Coaching
The life coach and other specialties provide their services individually
The individual trainer, with all his/her specializations, follows well-known basic schools in guiding and directing the beneficiary indirectly, and the Syndicate shall have prior approval of these schools when studying each file.
Helping people invest their mental and physical abilities in all forms, to develop and improve the skills that individuals have, achieve their goals, and develop their creative talents in all areas of life (general life, work, creativity, leadership, personal life).
The life coach does not interfere with specialised psychological issues and refers them to those who specialise in them.
A life coach is not a therapist (in the specialized sense of the word psychotherapist) for the issues that people face, but rather a specialized coach who works to guide the beneficiaries with various cognitive methods derived from well-known basic scientific schools (the most famous Gestalt school and the cognitive behavioral school) in the form of multiple techniques that enable individuals to take advantage of all their abilities and potentials to improve their quality of life in all areas (family, work, social relations). These tools and methods may lead to finding solutions to some of the fundamental issues that individuals face in their personalities or in their daily lives. However, it is important to emphasize that this is not the main goal of a life coach, but rather the result of changing the ways of perception and awareness of individuals and understanding themselves better, which in turn allows them to self-help themselves to overcome some of their basic issues.
The second type: Group Coach- Trainer
The group coach provides its basic services collectively.
The group coach seeks to improve the capabilities of individuals and economic and social organizations of all kinds and enable them to possess the skills of communication, leadership, increasing productivity, achieving success, development and change to achieve the desired goals.
All those working in the field of motivation and positive development are considered part of the work of trainers and can join the Syndicate if they fulfil all the required conditions.
The trainer can work individually or collectively as long as he/she possesses the necessary qualifications and abilities and has obtained the Syndicate's approval.
The Syndicate is for development, change, and the future, and everything that goes into the same professional goals sponsored by this Syndicate.
The consultant
He provides consultations based on his specialisation and expertise built during his studies, work and life, with the aim of solving the issues faced by his beneficiaries individually, collectively or institutionally
Works to provide various solutions and multiple plans to get out of issues and draw strategies for development, change and character building for its beneficiaries
The solutions and options offered by the counsellor to individuals or institutions (educational, emotional, family, social, economic, political) are not binding on them, and the beneficiaries are always free to accept or reject them
The counselling provided by the counsellor covers the areas of personal, emotional, family, educational, social, work, development and motivation
The counselling provided by the counsellor covers the areas of personal, emotional, family, educational, social, work, development and motivation
The consultant works through proven approaches, or new approaches that have been piloted for more than five years

It is one of the new approaches and theories that adopt a new approach and tools to intervene in solving the issues faced by individuals, institutions and societies based on a new vision that takes into account the cultural specificities of each society
Anyone who obtains the Reconstruction certificate is a specialised consultant and has the right to join the syndicate and work as a specialised consultant with this methodology
Positive psychology:
